Dear Korean Student Association at University of North Carolina,

Hello, my name is Suyong Joo, a recruiter at HRCap, an executive search firm based in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. For over 25 years, our firm has supported thousands of companies across the U.S. by connecting them with exceptional talent, particularly from the Korean-American community.

I’m reaching out to share a meaningful career opportunity for Korean students who are graduating this May and are looking to begin their careers in the U.S. with visa support.

One of our clients—an official Tier 2 supplier to Hyundai and Kia in Alabama—is currently seeking a full-time entry-level Quality Control Manager. This is a great chance for graduates who wish to remain in the U.S. and build a long-term career in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Position Summary:

Title: Quality Control Manager (Full-Time, Entry-Level)
Location: Alabama
Salary: $65,000 base + medical benefits + paid vacation
Relocation Support: Up to $2,000
Visa: E2 Visa sponsorship available for OPT holders, with green card sponsorship potentially considered after one year

Candidate Requirements:

Graduating in May 2025 (OPT starting end of May or early June)
Preferred majors: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) – but open to other majors with strong interest in quality or manufacturing
Bilingual in Korean and English
Desire to stay and build a career in the U.S.

Please find the job description attached. If you know of any graduating students who would be a good fit and are eager to find employment in the U.S., we would truly appreciate your help in sharing this opportunity.

Thank you for your time and support.
